How can I finance my purchases at Absolute beds with COFIDIS?

Choosing to pay by credit financing when you order is as straight forward as choosing any other payment method and registry is necessary in all cases. If you have not already registered with us at Absolute Beds, click on “Log into your account” which you will see on the right hand side of the page. Here you can SIGN UP as a New Customer or access your account as a Returning Customer.

This is where you can select COFIDIS interest free credit financing as your preferred payment method and choose your repayment programme from 6 to 12 months.
You will be asked to check and confirm your order,.
You will be connected directly with the COFIDIS web page where you will see your order reference number and confirmation of the total purchase amount from Absolute Beds.
From here on follow the instructions from COFIDIS:

A) Fill out your on line application form, it is important to answer each question indicated on the form and send it.

B) Your application may be automatically accepted: in which case you will see a box with your personal data, the amount of your monthly payments and the repayment period.

* We advise you to read carefully the relevant section found below which details the minimum requirements needed for credit financing. In the event that your application is not automatically accepted, there are two possibilities:
° Awaiting approval: COFIDIS will notify you as soon as possible with the acceptance or rejection of your application.
° Credit Financing rejected: COFIDIS have not approved your application and we suggest you choose another payment method.

C) If your application has been automatically accepted, you are issued with a contract which you must print out and sign, along with the general terms and conditions. If you are not able to sign the contract because of printing problems, contact us at Absolute beds as soon as possible.

D) Once you have finished the process of financing with COFIDIS, you may return to our web site. By now you should also have received by e-mail a confirmation of automatic acceptance from COFIDIS and notification from Absolute Beds that we have recieved your order.

E) The MRW courier service will phone you to arrange the collection of your printed documentation, this could be in the morning or afternoon and you may give a different address if for example you are at work or not at home: have this ready for when they call.

F) Once COFIDIS have received and processed your documentation, they will contact you and also Absolute Beds with the final confirmation of your acceptance for credit financing. With this agreement established, Absolute Beds will pass your delivery details onto our transport service and send you an e-mail to say that your documentation is correct and indicating the delivery period.

Minimum requirements for financing your purchases:

- You must have access to a PC with printer attached. It will be necessary to print out and sign the relevant documents once your application has been accepted. You must be aged between 18 & 75 yrs and currently in employment:
- With a contract for at least 3 months in your present job.
- With a contract for at least 6 months if you are from outside the European Community.
- Self employed for at least 1 year.
- Married couples: housewives / husbands must provide own personal details as well as those of the working partner.
- Your monthly income must be over 450 €
- You have no recorded history as a bad debtor.
- You can provide a fixed phone contact number or two mobile phone contact numbers.
- The application for credit financing must be made by the same person who makes the order, receives the bill and accepts delivery of goods.
- Credit Financing is only available for customers of Absolute Beds in Spain, the Baleares and Canary Islands.
- Financing is not permitted in the following circumstances:
- Unemployed or without an active work contact.
- Self-employed from outside the European Community.
- Those with income from a private pension or real-estate revenues only.
- Companies.

Documents you will need:

- The finished contract printed out and signed by the applicant.
- Photocopy of personal identity.
- Photocopy of previous months income from employment or state pension.
- Evidence of a bank account number, cheque, payment slip or statement.
