These apply to the use of our website and the purchase of products from Absolutebeds.com and are in accordance with Spanish Civil and Commercial laws at this time. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions displayed at the time. We may; at our discretion, modify or change these Terms and Conditions therefore it is important to read them each time you wish to make a purchase.

We do not accept responsibility for any illegal usage or misrepresentation of information contained on this web site by any individual or company. We cannot be responsible for possible mistakes or omissions produced in translation or interpretation; please refer to Spanish texts for detail information concerning legal matters. Should you come across a mistake or omission in any document issued by us, we may make the necessary corrections without liability on our part; this includes sales literature, price lists, quotations, offer confirmations, invoices etc.

• Our privacy policy on the use of personal data. There is nothing in these Terms and Conditions which affect your statutory right as a consumer. We respect privacy; any personal information which you give us will be used solely for the purpose of answering your requests for information, ordering, administration and delivery. In all cases Absolute Beds promises to treat this data as confidential, we aim only to offer you these services in accordance with Article 12 of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act: “La Ley Organica 15/1999 - 13th December”.We may hold statistics on the use of our Website for market research but we do not retain data of a personal or financial nature for later use. Any individual or company has the right to demand access to the information held in order to check, modify, cancel or oppose the use of any identifying data. When you shop with us:

• Prices are shown in euros, include VAT and are valid for the whole of Europe. Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. We delivery free throughout
the Spanish peninsula for all orders over 100€. For delivery to the Balearic and Canary Islands, for Melilla & Ceuta and outside Spain, please consult our office for delivery charges.

• Payment methods; for detailed information see our section Payment methods. We accept most major international credit cards. At Absolute Beds our payment options have been fully researched and tested; we offer you the latest Internet security for your transactions.

• Your delivery date is usually within 8 to 15 working days; Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and local festivals. The delivery period starts at the moment in which you receive confirmation from us that payment has reached our bank account. At this time we also pass your delivery information onto our transport company who will contact you by phone to arrange a date.

Please note that bank transfers may take 48 hrs for funds to be cleared. You will be notified if there is a delay due to non availability of stock, special requirements or non standard sizes. If you wish to learn more about delivery times, contact us with an exact description of product make and model.. If you know that you are going to be away at the time of delivery, contact us by phone when you receive your payment confirmation, we will notify the transport company and they will arrange a later date.

• The transport company will be in contact with you by phone; however if you miss the delivery, we will arrange another delivery at no extra cost. If you miss delivery a second time, your goods will be held for 15 days at the nearest transport depot for collection, or you may arrange your own delivery with the transport company. They are not required to install and assemble your purchases but many will do so, please check this with the transport company or with the drivers when you make arrangements for delivery.

When your purchases arrive:

• Transport Insurance covers up to 100% of the value of your purchases. If your purchases are not in perfect condition on arrival; do not sign the delivery form and do not accept the delivery of any damaged items, notify us within 24hrs at ventas@absolutebeds.com or 902.10.70. 96

Take great care; before you sign the delivery receipt for the transport company, to check that:-
i) All packaging is intact and there are no obvious signs of damage during transport.
ii) The goods you are receiving are exactly the ones that you have ordered; check model, colour, sizes, finish etc especially of smaller items.

If you have any doubts about accepting the delivery please contact us. Do not remove packaging until you are sure that your order is correct. In the interests of hygiene; beds, mattresses and bedding that has been unsealed will be considered used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.

• Delivery in flats Are carried out as long as the shipping is not made by TNT (call for any query) and no additional elements are necessary (cranes, lifters, etc).

• Returns are only considered under the following circumstances:-
i) Goods that are not on your order form.
ii) Goods damaged in transit.
iii) If the delivery period significantly and without explanation exceeds that agreed with the transport company.

Any goods returned to Absolute Beds damaged whilst in your care will be charged. Absolute Beds are not responsible for delays due to carriers; import or export regulations (including the failure of the Company's suppliers to obtain any necessary export permits, licences or other authorisations) or regulatory measures of any kind on the part of a governmental or local authority. • Unforeseen Circumstances: Whilst every effort is made to meet shoppers’ demands; cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of acts of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond our control.

• Product Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and we will require your purchase receipt in order to process any claim.
i) Your product must be purchased from Absolute beds.
ii) The warranty starts from the moment we confirm receipt of your payment in our bank account.
iii) You will need a copy of the order confirmation / purchase receipt we send you by e-mail.

The warranty will vary according to manufacturer; most products are guaranteed for 2yrs, but some continue up to 10 years or more. In the event of a manufacturing defect; notify us at Absolute Beds and we will organise the repair or exchange of you purchase at no extra cost under the specific terms of your manufacturers warranty. This guarantee does not include ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by irresponsible actions.

All written material, photographs and graphics, trade marks, logos and quality signs are the property of Absolute beds or reproduced with the permission of the copyright owner. Legal action may be taken against any infringement of copyright, or the misuse of trademarks on this website.
